Chef Samer Kobeissi tells us more about his journey

The man behind the delicious Des Choux et Des Idees pastries, Chef Samer Kobeissi, spent most of his professional career in France. After studying at Ecole Ferrandi, he pursued a long and intensive training program with the Four Seasons Georges V in Paris. He then returned to Lebanon to pursue his passion and launched Des Choux et Des Idees, offering refined pastries with a twist. Chef Samer's speciality: baking with seasonal fresh fruits!
