French/Belgian/American Chef Alexis Couquelet started cooking with his mother when he was just 16 years old. His interest in cooking continued to grow when he would join his grandfather in the kitchen of his local restaurant in France. Today, Chef Alexis is a delegate of the Master Chefs of France and is honored a medal for the Culinary Academy of France and the National Academy of Cuisine. 

In Lebanon, we all know him as the founder of Couqley, the cosy French bistro in Gemmayze, Dbayeh and Broumana, and delivered to your doorstep with Toters!
